What Are The Drawbacks of Owning a Home In Marriage?
Posted by admin in Real Estate on June 14th, 2011
I’m sure you know the popular clich? that says that women can’t live without men. Comedy sketches show love-crazed females chasing reluctant partners, and there are still those who believe that a woman needs a man to take care of her. More and more women are choosing to live without men nowadays, but that certainly wasn’t the case decades ago. Approximately more than 50% of women are choosing to live life on their own. You’ll find many reasons to explain this. Marriage may bring a lot of trouble for women who invest in real estate.
Say you own a variety of properties. Your investments need to be considered. To start with, the properties are your responsibility. You will have to make all the payments on them. Your spouse will be entitled to half the income from the investment. This is even though he or she has no financial responsibility for them. Although it doesn’t seem fair, this is the situation you’ll be in if you get married.
You will need to handle everything from covering damage to collecting rent from tenants. All your spouse is going to have to do is remain married to you in order to reap half of any gains. You may be tempted to put the properties in both of your names in order to share the responsibility, but you never want to do this. Keeping the properties in your name only will ensure that you’ll end up with them should you divorce. If both names are on it, your spouse may get half of everything.
If you own various real estate properties and work hard to support your family, you may well get taken to the cleaners after a divorce. The house and kids will likely belong to your spouse. You will have to pay child support undoubtedly. You may even need to provide your ex with money to make payments on the home. As long as you didn’t put all of your properties into both of your names, though, you can at least count on coming out of the relationship still owning them. At least you’ll end up with something that way. Doc No. rjslhssld-sdg

Dear landlord
We can offer a free property ad of your lease. Lots of our property seekers might be interested in your particular lease. This nationwide property rental site called www.lejebolig.it.
Lejebolig.it has existed since 2005 and today has more than 29,000 visits per month. We have more than 20,000 readers of our newsletter, and there are more every day.
We aim to have a very high level of service to both our landlords and tenants, it means that our lease is only on our portals in max 3 weeks, which means that old and irrelevant lease is not on our side.
That’s why we strongly urge our landlords to update their ads when the property has been rented.
Your rental ads are online at our website for 3 weeks unless you have deleted them before. Unlike most competitors your rental ad will be deleted in the second its rented out,
If against all expectations we have not rented out your lease after 2 weeks, you will receive an email that your ad will soon be deleted. Here you can choose to renew the ad for another 3 weeks. This is done by clicking on your ads - correct the ad, or extend it for 3 weeks or delete the ad.
